DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add about 1 to 2 oz. of Soothing Bath Salts to warm running water. Wait about a minute for the salts to dissolve, settle down with some relaxing music and let yourself soak. Add more salt as desired.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the generous amounts of scented oils and enrichment oils that we include in the Soothing Bath Salts, your salts may be moist, combining the soothing benefits of the salts with the healing properties of the oils. Also, because salts are dense, heavy and we do fill them to the top, the weight is typically 50% more than the container sized indicated. For example, around 24 oz. of salts will fit into a 16 oz. container.
